• Eligibility: Below are the five criteria one needs to be eligible for this program: 1. Own and occupy the home needing improvements. 2. Live in one of the following areas of Fresno County: Auberry Biola Bowles Calwa Cantua Creek Caruthers Del Rey Easton El Porvenir Fowler Friant Kerman Kingsburg Lanare Laton Malaga Mayfair Mendota Piedra Prather Prospect/Beran Way Raisin City Reedley Riverdale Selma Sunnyside Tarpey Village Tranquillity Or other unincorporated County areas, or County islands in Fresno 3. Not exceed the monthly income according to the following criteria below (effective June 15, 2022): Homeowners with household size at 80% and maximum family income below Family size 1 person $3,638 Family size 2 person $4,154 Family sie 3 person $4,675 Family size 4 person $5,192 family size 5 person $5,608 family size 6 person $6,025 family size 7 person $6,442 4. Not have filed bankruptcy in the last two years 5. Be current on all property tax payments
